Banana Smoothie

Bananas are full of potassium, while the natural yoghurt contains natural bacteria that will help to soothe your child's tummy after upsets.

Ingredients


Method

Put the oats or Weetabix into a blender and pour over the milk. Leave to
soak for about 5 minutes.

Add the banana and yoghurt and whiz until blended. Serve immediately.
